Membership Prepayment Scheme In order to
“ease the pain” of paying the full membership amount annually, I have
introduced a pre payment scheme. For those
members who wish to participate, I will arrange to receive payments at any time
during the year, and keep a running total of amounts paid. The total
amount received will then be deducted from membership fees on the due date. Should the
amount received exceed the renewal fee, the excess may be repaid to the
individual member, or carried over to the next membership year. Should you
wish to participate in this scheme by arranging a standing order (not direct
debit) from your bank, you may pay an amount of your choice, at any time into: Bank of
Scotland Please
contact the treasurer for account details. Please
ensure that if using this facility, you instruct your bank to use your initial
and last name as a reference, so that I can accurately record your payments from
the monthly bank statement. I will
ensure that any monies collected under this scheme will be accounted for
separately, and will be repaid in full, at any time, should you not wish to
renew your membership. Please
also note that this facility is only available to current members, and relates
to future fees due, not past ones. In the
