About Us

Dumfries and Galloway branch is one of the largest branches of the Scottish Sub Aqua Club in the country, we meet every Wednesday night at 8.15 PM at DG One

The branch is run by an elected committee and meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month with all current members welcome to attend.

In the Summer we try to arrange open water dives at Brighouse Bay (weather permitting) this can provide safe confined open water for trainees at the discretion of the BDO.

We hold regular "come and try it " sessions at Dumfries Pool.  These are advertised on this site and in the local press, but anyone is welcome to attend on a Wednesday night and join in our pool session.
